Meet Our Team

Clare and her husband, Bob, both grew up in Greenville, and have known Dr. Watson and Dr. Caldwell for over 20 years.

Raised in Michigan, Marie’s background in Industrial Engineering led her to South Carolina. After getting married and having their two children- Caleb and Ella- she began working at PFO in 2010.

Amber and her husband, Eric, moved to Greenville from Wisconsin in 2013. She has brought 11 years of orthodontic experience with her to the PFO team.

Ivy joined the PFO team in the fall of 2014. She attended Clemson University where she met her husband, Scott.  They now have three children: Caleb, Zach, and Addie.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Amy moved to Greenville in 1998 and has called it home ever since. She and her husband, Jim, have two children, Miles and Lauren.

Born and raised in the Upstate, Barbara has a degree in Computer Science and has 7 years of experience in the Orthodontic field. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her husband and 2 dogs.

From Wrightsville Beach, NC, Debbie joined the PFO team in 2012.  She works as Treatment Coordinator at our Cherrydale office, and the front desk at our Greenville office.

Julie is a native “Greenvillian” who joined the PFO team in April of 2015.  She and her husband have two daughters, three dogs, and a cat.

Nicole has been at PFO since 2012. Soon after graduating from Clemson in 2009, she married her husband, Nathan. They have 2 kids, 2 dogs, and enjoy spending time together outdoors.

Sherri is a Yooper from Michigan. She has been married to Doug for 27 years. They have 3 kids – Nick, Nate, Gabby, & now a daughter-in-law, Kayla!

Tara joined PFO as the insurance coordinator in 2013. She is an Easley native. 

Tracy and her husband both grew up in Greenville, SC. They have 5 children named Savannah, Rivers, Ellis, Sam and Noley-Wallace.

Andrea has been a clinical assistant since 2001, and PFO’s clinic manager since 2007. Andrea and her husband, Mark, have two kids: Jared and Kinsey.

Ashlee joined the PFO team in July 2016. She loves to see the changes in our patient’s smiles and watching their self confidence rise. Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and watching college football. (Go TiGERS!)

Ashley has been an Orthodontic Assistant for 5 years and loves it.  She spends most of her spare time shopping, watching football (Go Tigers), and is newly married.

Brittany was born and raised in Greenville, and she has been doing orthodontics since 2010. She and her husband have a little girl, Charlee.

Emily grew up in New York and moved to Greenville in 2015. She joined the PFO team in July of 2015 and brought 3 years of experience with her. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, either hiking or horseback riding. 

Kristie started working at PFO in 2016, but she worked in orthodontics for 16 years prior. She is a native of Easley, SC. She and her husband, Steven, have two children: Sydney and Kaden. They enjoy church, camping, going to the lake, and watching sports with the kids. 

Rachel joined the PFO team in 2016. She brings years of diverse dental and orthodontic experience, along with an extraordinary and warm personality.

Tasha has been an orthodontic assistant since 2007, and at PFO for almost two years. She married her high school sweetheart, Curtis, and they have a son named Carter.
